Fundraiser Request Guidelines – Carliles Castles LLC

  1. Eligibility

    • To submit a fundraiser request, you must be a current customer of Carliles Castles LLC.

    • The fundraiser for the Summer 2026 season will not be approved until April 30, 2026.

  2. Booking Process

    • The participating customer must book directly with Carliles Castles LLC. We will not contact them on your behalf.

    • Once selected, winners must follow all standard rental procedures, just like any other customer.

    • Please direct winners to our website: carlilescastles.com for booking.

    • Winners will receive a coupon code to be entered at checkout.

  3. Booking Deadline

    • The winning customer must complete their booking by November 1, 2026. After this date, the coupon code will expire with no exceptions.

  4. Service Area Requirement

    • Winners must reside within one of our designated service areas. Please ensure this is clearly stated in your fundraiser rules.

  5. Liability

    • Carliles Castles LLC is not responsible for any part of your fundraiser project and will not be liable for matters related to the event.

  6. Number of Winners & Rental Terms

    • We will select two winners per year—no additional winners will be approved.

    • Renter must provide a water hose for wet rentals.

    • Each winner will receive a single-day rental. A second day may be added by paying the applicable overnight fee.

  7. Approval & Advertising

    • Fundraiser requests are not approved until you receive confirmation via text or call.

    • Do not advertise the fundraiser prior to receiving official acceptance from Carliles Castles LLC.

  8. Winner Selection Process

  • We will draw a winner from those submitted.

  • Winner will be notified on Facebook and via call/text.

  • We will not expect late entries.
